Our History

 Heutz Oil Company, Inc. is a local family owned & operated, full-service heating oil company located in Lewiston, Maine. Now in our 3rd generation we have been around since 1933 providing quality fuels and service for over 70 years. Our founders, Bertrand & Marthe Heutz passed on a strong work ethic and sense of pride in what we do to their sons Claude and Normand, who took over the reins of the company in 1972. The 3rd generation (Tim) entered the business in 1990 and is now in active management of the company as vice-president. |

 We have a strong commitment to the Lewiston-Auburn area and pride ourselves on our ability to serve our customers' needs with a personal touch only a local, family-owned business can provide. Claude and/or Tim are always available to speak with you should there be a problem or question about your service. |

 We are the only local family-owned and operated full-service fuel oil company in Lewiston and we are very proud to say that. Especially in a business climate where corporate mergers, which create large impersonal companies, are the trend, we are glad to be the alternative.
